Day 3 - Your favorite television program

For now, it's Vampire Diaries. I just really wish the second season would come out sooner cause the last episode left me with my mouth hanging wide open & a big [?] looming over my head half-expecting there to be more except that the 45minutes worth of film was over.
The Salvatore brothers are hehehe :3

Another blindly written post cause I'm exhausted after tossing and turning for two nights in a row & helping my mom clean up the other house. Goodnight everyone :)

Day 2 - Your favorite movie

Hands down, Forrest Gump. No other movie could ever make me cry three kinds of tears in an hour.
You died on a Saturday morning. And I had you placed here under our tree. And I had that house of your father's bulldozed to the ground. Momma always said dyin' was a part of life. I sure wish it wasn't. Little Forrest, he's doing just fine. About to start school again soon. I make his breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. I make sure he combs his hair and brushes his teeth every day. Teaching him how to play ping-pong. He's really good. We fish a lot. And every night, we read a book. He's so smart, Jenny. You'd be so proud of him. I am. He, uh, wrote a letter, and he says I can't read it. I'm not supposed to, so I'll just leave it here for you. Jenny, I don't know if Momma was right or if, if it's Lieutenant Dan. I don't know if we each have a destiny, or if we're all just floating around accidental-like on a breeze, but I, I think maybe it's both. Maybe both is happening at the same time. I miss you, Jenny. If there's anything you need, I won't be far away.
- Forrest Gump.

That's what all these cripples down at the VA talk about: Jesus this and Jesus that, have I found Jesus yet? They even had a priest come and talk to me. He said God is listening and if I found Jesus, I'd get to walk beside him in the kingdom of Heaven. Did you hear what I said? WALK beside him in the kingdom of Heaven! Well kiss my crippled ass. God is listening? What a crock of shit.
- Lieutenant Daniel Taylor.
PS: I didn't go to school today. Wasn't feeling too good in the morning + I woke up late. Surprisingly, my mom agreed to let me stay home after asking her nicely.

Just got back from Empire after eating a sucky dinner (do not ever go to Lameeya - or however you spell it. The food tastes as bad as its service.) worshipping the grocery store, getting goosebumps in the frozen food section & eating chocolate danishes at The Loaf.

Day 1 - Your favorite song

I don't have a favorite song. I do have songs that I like (which usually don't hold my interest after a week on replay) but I could never single out any of them as the song of the century. I might hurt the other songs' feelings (lawl that was lame.)

Although, if this were a life/death situation I'd have to say that the song that always makes me feel 'teehee' is Here In Your Arms by Hellogoodbye.
PS: Bingo is on my lap clawing his way into my armpit and licking my elbow. Ah yes, a typical Monday night.

but today, Nick had his confirmation in church. I guess in short (for you non-church-goers) you could say he's fully confirmed as a Catholic now. &then we had bak kut teh.
Just finished watching Vampire Diaries (on pirated DVDs. Big deal.) for 4 hours straight drooling (in my mind) over Paul Wesley &every single absurdly good-looking guy in Mystic Falls ie. the town in which the show is based in and ran up the stairs subconsciously thinking to myself "Pleasedon'tkillmepleasedon'tkillme" to the imaginary vampire that I imagined vaporizing out of thin air (yea, they do that a lot in the show) &draining all my human juices. If only it were all real.

Happy Birthday Messi!

I took the IGCSE entrance test today and....
I GOT IN! not.
The results (according to Mrs. Chong) will only come out by end of July so it's going to be a very long, anticipated wait but by that time, it'll be exam season (yes, indeed-ily filled with endless revision.) Just so you know, a spoiler for those who didn't take the test:
First page. A bombastically worded passage about a boy named Hugh and how his teacher admired him (not in that way. that's pedophilia.) From reading the first paragraph, I thought that it was about a girl having a crush on a boy but sadly, no. I swear if I hadn't been in a good mood that day, I wouldn't have been able to understand the passage. It was so strangely written (minus the typos) with words I'd never even heard of like 'mass indoctrination' (PS: I had to use the spell-checker to type that out) and 'pedantic'. They even had us define their meanings and fill in blanks about Australians' habits on the bus. Did you know they don't prefer sitting next to other people on buses or trains? I'm quite proud of my essay though (titled 'Useful Inventions of the Past'.) Managed to fit in references to neanderthals, cocks (THE BIRD) and Alexander Graham Bell. I quote, "What did our ape-like ancestors, commonly called cavemen, use as chairs? These early species of humans used the ground for sitting. That's right, there was no need for spinal-correcting massage chairs or silk embossed sofas because all the exercise they ever needed to keep their body in tip-top shape were from carrying out their daily chores."
Moving on to Maths (which I carefully calmed myself from getting nervous over beforehand) I left 4 questions blank whereas Dan tells me Yen Yee left 4 pages blank. I honestly don't think my papers were a lost cause because I am positive (or more like subconsciously hoping the shit out of myself) that I will get a place in Year10. Dear Jesus...
RM1 baby biscuits from Bangsar pasar malam. That's the night we bought 40 sticks of sate and asam laksa and feasted out in the patio with a bottle of wine.

So, so glad it's Friday tomorrow. My mom made a date with me after school tomorrow to go to Tangs to spend the RM50 voucher we got in the mail. Lawl. What else do you do when you get free money?

I'm back!

Hello, I'm back from Singapore!
Just got back last night after 3days of walking for 12hours straight everyday, (I'm not even kidding. I counted.) shopping on Orchard Road, (went in a MiuMiu store for the very first time and fell head over heels for the shoes.) grinning from ear-to-ear at the store-wide SALE where a top at CottonOn only cost me 5$ which sums up to roughly RM11.70. The Forever21 there is HUGE. As in 4 levels worth of clothes and nonsense. My mom and I literally went to every MNG store along the entire stretch of shopping malls. Every. Single. One. Six in fact. The variety of things they have in Orchard Road is like ours except times 4. Eg: One Prada store on one side of the road and another right across it on the opposite side. LOL.
The bus ride to Singapore was hands-down the best ever. The seats were twice my size, they had wifi, it was a massage chair, there was a stowaway tv-screen with 5billion shows, free sandwiches, two footrests, game console, a double-decked bus & the stewards wore suits and red ties.
Universal Studios. I suggest you not go there now cause the biggest big-ass roller coaster I've ever seen...
...isn't even running yet but if you do, go on a weekday&ride the Return of the Mummy.
It's a high-speed roller coaster and you're like plunged into darkness, falling backwards for about a second. The waiting line is beyond long cause it took about 5 minutes for Nick&I to reach the end since there wasn't anyone else lining up in front of us. & cause there was creepy music playing and the lights were dimmed to the point where everything was a blur, I had my arm permanently attached to his forearm throughout the entire walk and screamed into his shoulder when the mummy jumped out at us. I may be young but I could have had a heart attack there and then (not really.)
This is the evil coin-timer that conned me of my 20cents. It's supposed to activate the jukebox from our seat. Apparently not.
Cheese & Caramel flavored popcorn at Garett's.
6-foot-tall Hershey's chocolate syrup bottle. Yeah.
On the skyline up to the Luge ride in Sentosa.
I was staring in awe at Hooters in Clarke Quay (pronounced as Clarke Kee. I kept calling it Koay.) cause they don’t have one in Malaysia nor will there ever be one. The waitresses don't walk around topless but they do wear very revealing shirts. My mom tells me that in Germany, all the girls wear cut-out stars to cover their titties and hot-pants. Just saying, must be cold though.
Dinner in Clarke Quay. My mother. Above that is a picture of the prawn legs I cooked.
I love the Science Centre in Singapore. It's so much cooler than the one here. See the metal cage? There's a lady inside. The Tesla coil is zapping it with 3million volts of electricity, I think & she survived. Lawl, I saw her having to sign some papers before getting in which means there was a possibility that she could have died.
PS: The dogs are like best friends now. They sleep together, they eat together, they bark at their reflections together, etc.

Behold, my father. Looks like Mark Wahlberg (in a way la...), gets younger by the day (according to him) and smells like - I'd rather not say.
I had to make it a point to spread the word here that it was his birthday today even though you guys don't know who he is other than him being my dad. OH WELL.
 Messing with nail polish.
Pencil case and neck pillow IN THE SHAPE OF BANANAS. *seizure*
Got it yesterday at MidV after having lunch with Nick & my mom.

PS: Heading out to Sunway with very instant. Tomorrow, it's Singapore!

Looking back.

Tangalooma (Australia) 2004.
I like this picture. Makes me feel like I was a hippie from the tie-dye & bare feet. I remember this trip very much cause I got a horrible fever that got me having nightmares about Chucky from Child's Play two nights in a row. Was just comparing how I looked from before and now & it's like wow.
Also from Tangalooma. Excuse our glum expressions but firstly, I'd like to draw your attention to the fat, white guy to the left in the speedo adjusting his adjustables.
Christmas Day 2004.
LOLOLOLOL. nuff said.

Looking through old photos is fun :D
PS: It's my daddy's birthday tomorrow. Apparently, he's turning 18.

Killers

Movie day with Sheena.
I'm now very berry much in like with Ashton Kutcher (again.)
All the pictures are in Forever21's changing rooms. Clothes strewn all over? That's usual for girls our age. You know, trying on everything and never buying.
