Today was a series of unfortunate events.

1. Just took two gulps of those little maroon-colored pellets in the little tubes. My tummy is twice its normal size right now from wind.
2. The small dog just peed in my room after leaving him in there for 5 minutes.
3. I had to clean it up.
4. My mom had to take me out of Sunday school early this morning because I was on the verge of blacking out for God-knows-why. It went away after about an hour of cold sweat and cringing.
5. Waited for an hour and a half at Chilis before our food came cause the douchefag of a waiter - who couldn't even speak proper English - forgot to put in our order. Later, after asking for it for the 3rd time in a row the manager came and sorted things out. It was not a very enjoyable meal. &due to the fact that I was hungry, thus why I am currently dealing with a tummy ache.
6. The small dog won't stop yapping downstairs. I just went down and whacked his cage with the cane a few dozen times while yelling at him to shut up.

Tongue in Chic

I liked today. Mainly because I went shopping with my mom :D
There was a street market organized by Tongue in Chic (and recommended to me by Alia) we went to at this new shopping mall called Sunway Giza. Details about it are here (click me) but I don't think that will do any good given the fact that it was a one-day only event and it ended at 8pm which was an hour ago. Sorry, maybe I should have mentioned it yesterday. The stuff there were at pretty reasonable prices though. First time going for one of these sort of things so I was surprised at how it was like. Lots and lots of new, old & previously loved (meaning second-hand, for those thick headed ones out there) clothes, bags, shoes, accessories and other girl-nonsense were for sale. Imagine a wide open outdoors + shaped plaza in the middle of a decent sized shopping mall with booth after booth of clothes hanging from racks next to their respective tables, also covered with stuff.
They were passing out pseudo-flowers and lollipops to whoever signed up for Chic Pop's newsletter (or something like that. I just wanted the lollipop) which pretty much included you to fill in your details on a sheet of paper so why not?
After that we went to Sunway Pyramid for some more walking about and guess how much I got these 3 pairs of earrings for at Forever21
RM1
Do the math.
No, not kidding. I literally had to dig through 4 giant glass bowls of tangled up necklaces and bracelets to find these but they are so, SO worth it. As it is, the price written on the back was marked down from RM15 to RM5 and that alone got me laughing to myself in my head. Just as I was about to pass the cashier the 5ringgit note in my hand, she said it was only a buck. More head laughing.
Note: This is my first purchase ever from Forever21.
A pin-on ribbon I got at the street market. I got a whole bunch of other nonsense that I bought but I think I'll save that for another day.

Peg-legged puppy

I just filled up my entire day with Geography. Yea, I really just sat at the dining table all day (well, most of it anyway) studying. The last time I remember being so rajin was in Primary school.

Some things I learned today about the dogs:
 1. They are absolute pussy-cats. A few booms of thunder and they run with their tails between their legs to hide either with their noses squashed against my armpits (I was taking a nap) or imitating baby seals next to each other underneath my chair with at least one limb on my feet the whole time.
2. Bingo snores :)
3. Baby socks do not fit on puppy feet. My mom & I went to Carrefour in the morning to get baby socks for the small one cause he wouldn't stop scratching himself. It's gotten so bad that his elbow is all red. Those white things on his feet are strips of cut up t-shirts tied around his feet. Now he looks like a pirate.

PS: My mom told me she had a dream last night about going to Singapore to eat. Just eating. & telling her children not to eat.

Hehehe

Went for another monthly mother-daughter pedicure again after school :)
This time it's orange-pink (the shade on the right of my thumbnail) with sparkles.

I really really can't wait for the holidays. It's only day one of exam week and I'm already flipping out. I've got 6 big-ass pimples on my face from the tension that I'm itching to pop but can't cause you're not supposed to. Just as an fyi in case I forget to mention in future posts, I'll be going to Penang for the first weekend of the holidays. The last few days of it are reserved for Universal Studios in Singapore.

Excuse me while I go study now. Geography paper on Monday lawl.

PS: I've had 2 cupcakes in the past week. All of which were red velvet cupcakes. I just had another at Delicious - also red velvet - so that makes it 3 cupcakes in total. So much for eating healthy.

Marzipan Ducklings & Warrior Cats

I don't know whether to eat this or not. It's 8.34pm and I still haven't decided. Billy gave it to me after school in a little box meant for three cupcakes - except that two of them were missing. Don't matter cause this little ducky is enough. It's currently sitting alone in my room not doing anything - as opposed to being in my tummy.
This is where I explain about the book in the photo. Jian Han lent me this book today in class. If you want me to summarize the plot, it's basically about this clan of warrior cats (lawl. I know.) who live in the woods and recruit a new cat called Rusty aka. Firepaw (lawl. again.) who happens to be one of those 'chosen ones'. After that they go to war with the other clans like Shadow Clan, River Clan and Wind Clan. Shut up, I know it is a really really dumb story to have been written about but I've already read the first 40 pages and it's actually quite not-so-bad even though Jaryn & Anson were laughing at me about it in class. There's another 4 books after this one too. Yes, I plan to read them all.

Exams start tomorrow. ohmygodohmygodohmygod.

Red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

From the title of this post, I'm sure you can guess what I'll be ranting about today.
Last night after dinner, my dad bought me two cupcakes (I ate the other one before I could get a picture of it.) Best thing ever. We did have this other slice of cake called a 'Hummingbird' which is like a carrot cake except with pineapple and banana instead of...carrots? The lady that owned the little - when I mean little, I really do mean little. It was about a quarter the size of a classroom - cafe in Empire Gallery gave us one of her special vanilla cupcakes on the house too. + what makes this cupcake so much more special is that it leaves my mouth looking like I got punched in the mouth. You know, that gore-y sort of red. Ha.
I have to label everything in the house or not someone ie. my brother will memang sapu without asking. Like the other day, I forgot to put my name on my bag of Famous Amos cookies and my dad went and ate it all up.
I've been repeating over and over to mom for the past week about how I want to make these cupcakes soon and after actually having a red velvet cupcake, it's making me to want to bake them even more. I can't wait till these exams are over and for the holidays to start. As we speak, I'm still caught up on my Sejarah project which is due for reviewing tomorrow after an extended deadline of a day. & I do notice that this whole 'not done with my work' thing is starting to become a frequent update in my posts. No, that's not very good.

Doom!

I absolutely cannot tahan. I've been taking pictures of Bingo everyday since the day I got him. If you're a soul-less being who hates all things lovely then you might as well be annoyed but who doesn't like looking at puppies? At this very moment, Bingo is fast asleep on the table next to me on top of my mom's notebook snoring away.
Sooner or later I will have to stop this current obsession of mine and start studying for real. I'm doomed as it is right now.
+
What was I doing at 8am today? I was at school. To those who skipped it, I have nothing to say to you cause it's not like you missed anything. I don't even fully remember anything worth remembering about today other than the fact that the seniors had their exams.

Ugh

I hate having stacks of homework to do every night. I haven't been this busy in forever. I don't mind a worksheet or two but for the past week it's been a non-stop overload of ulangkaji-s and 40minute tests. I almost cried on Monday night after scrambling to finish up my 50-page-long projects and finding out at half-past ten that there was a Geo test the next day which I should have remembered about. Yea, I went downstairs and studied for like an hour. This involved me having my face 3 inches from my 120question worksheet shouting to my brother from the dining table asking him for answers.
On a lighter note, the puppy (whose name has still not been decided on. What do you think about Bingo?) is driving me crazy with him gnawing non-stop on my school bag. I just caught him chewing on my Chinese homework. Not that I mind. I'll just say my dog ate it which he did. If AlexHo doesn't believe me then boo him. The pictures are of him asleep after failing to climb onto the sofa. I left him there cause I thought it was cute.

Hi Puppy :)

He's been playing with this Kraft plushie for a about an hour now. He is in love with it. I just helped myself to some photos :)
Still haven't decided on a name yet so I've been calling him puppy for the meantime.

New puppy

I'm gobsmacked. This afternoon, after getting back from church - being the good little church girl that I am - my dad suggests we go have brunch at The Loaf. We specifically went there for the sole purpose of having a meal. What do we do instead? We buy a puppy.
Looks almost exactly like Fuzzy doesn't he? Don't believe me? Scroll down and compare them yourself. Fuzzy is absolutely terrified of him though. We're still thinking of names for him and Alia even suggested Ghandi. I'd really like some help on getting the perfect name for him cause nothing seems to fit.
Right now, the puppy is downstairs squeaking. It's the cutest thing ever D:

The heart

Made another trip to MidValley with my mom again this afternoon after being persuaded by my dad to attend this talk about the heart at the Boulevard Hotel. I surprisingly found it not bad. The speakers made really good points. One of the ladies reminded me of Kate Gosselin except that she was Australian and didn't have 8 kids stringed behind her but oh well. The thing that really annoyed me were these two old guys sitting next to us. The older looking one was shaking his legs for the entire 2 hours and the other kept fidgeting and writing down literally everything the speaker said in his little notebook. Right now I've got a miniature bottle of supplements that I'll have to be taking for the next month or so which apparently help lessen the risk of getting a heart attack?

Anyway, I miss my brother. He went for this Confirmation Camp (church thing) &he's only been gone one night but I feel like the house is quieter somehow. They're not allowed to use hand phones, music players, electronics or even watches while they're there. That's right, they can't even check the time.
Why you so ugly?

Happy Teacher's Day

The walls in the great hall were littered with hundreds of little hearts just like this one. I managed to grab one before leaving the hall & so did about a hundred other people. Some even ripped off the foot-long silhouettes.
Damn, the performances today were good! Lots of singing and instrumentals. I was just thinking of when Nicholas performed 'Living on a Prayer' by Bon Jovi on his guitar (which coincidentally happened to be Dan's&my song. You know, OUR song.) Too bad the bunch of us only knew the chorus.
I LOLed the most during 10 Theta's drama. They so deserved to win the drama competition. I was laughing so hard I ended up sweating. Do note that the hall was fully air-conditioned.
Later in the canteen, Sheena bit a few holes into some of the helium-filled balloons from the hall and turns out helium really does make your voice all chipmunk-ey.

Students against teachers futsal match 4-4
I'm not sure who I supported but there were these really annoying 12 year olds swearing at each other behind us. When I was 12, I didn't even dare call people stupid let alone a bitch.

I'm typing all this down while eating crispy fried sotong from MidValley so the keyboard is all messed up right now. Had lunch at JyuRaKu with Sheena, Alia, Jaryn, Shu, Katie & Dan too. Encountered my first feeling of how it's like to wait around for 'customers' (meaning being hookers) after Jaryn got a text from Chun Fai asking us why we were opening shop so early. That's only cause it was raining and we were stranded sitting outside a bank on the five-foot walkway playing Creamy Ice on Alia's iPod waiting for the rain to simmer down and ironically listening to 'What You Waiting For' by Mizz Nina about 10 times. It was a long wait OK?

Compliments.

The only reason why I'm blogging today is because I've been up to my eyeballs in homework, projects and eraser dust. I needed a break from bending my head over my books and papers for the past couple of hours.

Jaryn gave me the idea of urban-dictionary-ing my name last night and this is what defines 'Olivia':

1. A beautiful wonderful hearted girl.
Wonderful to talk to. Always there for someone, great person. Absolutely FUN.
2. An AMAZING name. Also a good adjective for any girl who is gorgeous, smart, funny, talented, loving, loved, and fabulous in general. If you are considering having a kid, name it Olivia: despite the sex.

3. A person who is a sexy beast

4. The hottest, nicest, prettiest, person on the planet. can be extremely weird. a person who laughs at her own jokes
5. Awesome, hot, beautiful, hilarious, booty packing, hair flippin, freindly, loyal, motha fucka you'll ever know. Know for her sense of humor.Don't take no shit bitch.

6. Beautiful and wonderful person
Who has an incredibly amazing sense of humor
Intelligent and either has or will earn all degrees in college
Also amazing at sports (especially swimming)

7. Listens to great music! Gets attention from mostly douche bag guys! Super smart! Totally talented! Good kisser! Great hair! Nice smile! Hot bod! Cute feet! Knows how to party! So wierd! Usually has A.D.D. An all around amazing person. You won't regret knowing an Olivia!

8. A nerd who works too much and gets straight A's.

There's 5 pages worth of results. Some of them aren't positive definitions but whatever right? Not like they're specifically about me.

Photo Day.

I hope the class photos turn out OK without me looking like nonsense. I dread the very thought of screwing it up this year. Usually when we take pictures of our own, if we don't like it, we dump it. & usually every year the camera guy takes a couple of photos instead of just one. This year it was literally *click* ok formal *click* ok freestyle *click* done. It took about 5 seconds for it to kick in that we were done. Anson swears that he blinked though. Oh damn. The only thing that's different this year is that I'm in the Blue & Yellow house photos :D (yea, I may have sneaked into the Yellow one on purpose.)

A Happy Belated Mother's Day too. Yesterday morning, I treated my mother to one of those quick-fix breakfasts cause we were kinda rushing to get to church. It was just a slice of bread and cheese microwaved and sprinkled with caster sugar. I told a few people about it and they were skeptical as to where I'd gotten the idea to making that. As far as I know, no one I know knows how good that tastes. Try it if you're curious.

Smallboy

Here's the smallboy I was talking about. Taken from Jaryn on Facebook :)
First, we see him just sitting there with the basketball in his lap. That's his daddy.
After that he comes closer to play on the yellow bar being all cute-sy and smallboy-ish.
"Smile for the camera! What's your name? Hi!"
Then he goes on running around stepping on drains and his daddy having to carry him off the field mid-game.
He runs away. We wander somewhere else. When we get back, his daddy is carrying him up to dunk the basketball in the basket.
"OHMYGOD SO CUTE! TAKE A PICTURE! TAKE A PICTURE!"
Fail.

I like good news.

Hello :)
I had a good morning having breakfast with Jaryn, Sheena & Alia at McDo's, watching the inter-house futsal game in school the entire morning, breaking into a classroom with an MPH membership card, taking mugshots with Alia's camera, practicing pedophilia with Jaryn by staring and squealing the cutest smallboy ever running around with a basketball, playing doodlejump on my iPod (and dying after 15000 points), making strange noises when someone almost scores a goal but doesn't, telling Olney how tall and white he is, watching 'The Backup Plan' with Alia & my mom at home (which btw was a good movie. I recommend.) and managing to create a message to Shu Lynn with my butt. I sat on the phone and found it like that later.

No pictures at all today even though I'm itching to post some. Especially the ones of the smallboy D: Maybe if I get them from Jaryn & Alia...

Motorbikes

Ate scones and drank tea while watching 'It's Complicated' with my mom. Would you believe we were pig-squealing all over the sofa? Especially at that part where Alec Baldwin randomly starts making out with Meryl Streep in an elevator. Yea, it was creepy cause of them being over 60 and all. &Alec Baldwin's hairy chest. To put it lightly, I don't think I know how to appreciate men with hairy chests.
It was a good movie. Technically not the type of movie I'd recommend to 12 year olds but the type of movie where you just need to buy the dvd and watch at home with friends or in this case, my mom.

One more thing, I had a dream that I was pregnant last night.
The night before, it was about my parents dying.
& the night before that, it was about me helping my grandma.

Stress

The co-curricular activities keep starting later and later each year. I went for Leo (just in case you were wondering) and we played this game called 'Honey, I love you. Please smile.' I don't know if you've ever heard of it but I haven't. Maybe you haven't either. It's played with a group of guys and girls. The girls will go up to a guy and say "Honey, I love you. Please smile." and do whatever it takes to make him smile. If he does, she takes his place and he has to go up to another girl and do the same. It was fun actually. I survived from being called out. Brandon on the other hand (who so happens to be the president of the club this year) ended the game by lifting up his shirt trying to make Jacquelynn smile. Que horrendous amounts of laughter.

Lately, we've been getting loads of homework which I keep failing to finish. The next day when someone asks me about the homework I go SHIT! cause I usually forget there even is homework. Then there's all these projects we have to complete. Right now I've got both Sejarah and Geography piled up in front of me but I can't do anything about it cause the pen I'm using for them ran out of ink so I'll probably have to walk to the 100yen store to get new ones tomorrow and I don't know how to huraikan Kepentingan Kitar Semula. How much can you write about recycling? I tell you, I'm sitting here like a retard typing out my draft on Microsoft word and it's turning out to be complete rubbish cause I'm not in that mood to study you know? Sometimes I wish I were Yung Ju - in that non-middlefingershowing-cursethrowing-picksnoseandflicksatpeople sort of way. Actually, scratch that I don't want to be Yung Ju.

PS: My brother is the vice for the Japanese Culture club and he promised to save me some sushi :)

Lawl.

I'm just going to jumble up the weekend into this one post. How's that sound?

Friday night,
Maybe we didn't attend the Charity Dinner to be charitable but everyone sure knew how to party.

Saturday morning,
I wake up to the sound of Grace rummaging through her things after 6 hours of sleep?
This goes on for the rest of the day up until 4pm. Just lazing around in my room with the air-conditioning on.

Sunday,
Neighborhood road trip to Tanjung Sepat. Not sure where that is either but all I know is that it's an hour drive from Subang. Woke up at 7am even after getting back at 11pm from watching Iron Man 2.
This monkey is smoking a cigarette in its mouth. I'm not kidding.
Random puppy waddling around one of the rundown fruit stalls. I was practically on my knees threading through broken glass and leaves following it around trying to grab it.
"Buy three kilos of jambu and get this for free."
Nick says it's a soldier crab. Found it while roaming around before dinner.

Today,
the highlight of my day?
Taking a nap during lunch in the library with Jaryn. We were literally falling asleep in every class and each time the teacher looked away, I'd shut my eyes for 2 seconds and drift...drift...drift...eyes open. I'm sick so I have my excuses. Fever, cough, flu. I just hope it's one of those bugs that go away after a few days.
